User data deletion

Effective 1 October 2026

You can delete your Bumean account yourself. Deletion permanently removes your profile, wallet, and call history. It can’t be undone.

Delete your account in the app

Open Profile, then Edit Profile. Tap Delete account at the bottom, then tap it again to confirm.

Before deletion can finish

Spend or withdraw your balance before deleting your account. That includes both wallet balance and earnings.

Wait for a withdrawal to be paid or declined before deleting your account. A request that is still pending or approved has to finish first.

Any call that is still ringing or in progress ends when the account is deleted.

What deletion removes

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, including your photo, display name, handle, and bio. It may permanently delete your wallet information, call history, favourites, blocks, ratings, reports, and other account information.

Other people will no longer be able to find or call that profile.

Account deletion cannot be undone.

What we may keep

We may retain information we are required or permitted to keep by law, for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or other legitimate purposes.

Any outstanding financial obligations or unresolved disputes may continue after account deletion.

If you can’t open the app

Email support@bumean.com from the email on the account. Include your handle or display name, and say that you want the account deleted.
